Bean Dip

Cold Bean Dip


1 - 15 oz can corn (drained)
1 - 15 oz can black beans (drained and rinsed)
1 - 15 oz can great northern white beans (drained and rinsed)
1 - 15 oz can light kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
1 - 4 oz can diced jalepenos
1 - 2 oz jar diced pimentos
1 green pepper (diced)
2 stalkes celery (diced)
1 medium size red onion (diced)
½ c sugar
¼ c cider vinegar
½ c olive oil


Mix all ingredients and cover with plastic wrap, refrigerate for one hour before serving.
