How to Get Started

When people think about getting advice or help for something they are used to traveling to an appointment or a meeting. Personal online coaching is excellent for those individuals who would like one-to-one time with their coach and prefer privacy, space and time in which to speak with you alone. I understand the every day hustle that we call life. I also understand comfort zones. We can skype (video call), have a phone call or even email. Online meetings and phone calls are great because it’s simply a much more efficient use of your time than meeting in person. No need to sit in traffic or take extra time for preparations. I want you to feel comfortable but alert, maybe that’s in your kitchen, bedroom or lunch break in your car. What I do ask is that we have no interruptions for our time. I also ask that you have a notebook. Note taking is a great way to remember important concepts we talk about. Not only does taking notes help when preparing for an action plan, but it also gives you chance to go back and see what has worked and what hasn’t. I will be giving assignments or homework that I want done before our next meeting. Life coaching is different from therapy in many ways but one major way is we are emphasizing on action and change.  

I have set prices and packages, time to time I will offer promotions and deals. Every person is different, every goal is different and most great ideas might not be formed in one meeting!
